The European Commission is investigating Pornhub, Stripchat, XNXX and XVideos for failing to provide tools to verify users' ages. Several countries, including France, are pushing for the establishment of a 'digital age of consent' across Europe. Brussels has stated that this matter falls outside its jurisdiction.
