French prosecutors suspect the Bolloré Group provided discounted consulting services to the presidential campaigns of Faure Gnassingbé in Togo and Alpha Condé in Guinea in 2010, both of whom went on to win. In return, Bolloré allegedly secured management of their countries' main ports.
